Licence

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Yelken for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, decompile, rent out or redistribute the app.

Content

The clues, definitions, example sentences and meanings in the app were written originally for Yelken. Game content, interface text, logo and artwork are protected by copyright.

Duel

Duels are asynchronous: your opponent plays the same ports before or after you. When no suitable opponent is available, we may match you with computer-controlled players, who may also appear on the leaderboards.

Purchases

• Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

• In-game gold and tickets are valid only inside the app, have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Payment and refunds go through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow that store’s rules.

• To restore your purchase on a new device, use "Restore purchases" in Settings.

Advertising

The free version contains ads. Ad content is determined by Google AdMob; the publisher is not responsible for the content of the ads shown.

Availability

The app is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to run without interruption or fault. The right to change or discontinue part or all of the app is reserved; users who bought premium are told in advance in such a case.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are reserved.
